A popular Korean summer dish, is a cold noodle soup known for its refreshing and mild taste. What makes it unique is the traditional method of grinding soybeans with a stone mill, to extract rich and nutty soy milk. This process gives the dish its signature smooth texture, making it a nourishing and cooling meal perfect for hot weather.

Big Idea
Creamy Beany reimagines dairy by turning soybeans into cream through a hands-on, interactive experience. Inspired by childhood dairy farm visits, it flips the ritual of milking—inviting visitors to ‘milk’ beans instead of cows. By blending play with sustainability, it makes the journey from bean to cream fun, engaging, and memorable.
